1. Indications for Use

  • Designed to capture dental impressions for diagnostic models, custom trays, mouthguards, dentures, or restorative procedures.

2. Instructions

A. Tray Selection

  • Choose the appropriate tray size (small, medium, large) based on patient arch size and comfort.
  • Ensure the tray extends adequately to capture the full dental arch without impinging on soft tissue.

B. Preparation

  • Confirm the tray is clean, sealed, and undamaged prior to use.
  • Load the tray with the appropriate amount of impression material (alginate, PVS, etc.).
  • Evenly distribute the material into the tray, avoiding overflow or voids.

C. Placement

  • Seat the tray into the patient’s mouth using firm, even pressure.
  • Hold the tray in position until the impression material sets according to the manufacturer’s recommended time.

D. Removal

  • Gently break the seal and remove the tray from the mouth.
  • Rinse the impression under cool water and inspect for accuracy and completeness.
  • Label the impression if required for identification.

E. Disposal

  • Discard the used tray in accordance with clinical waste disposal protocols.
  • Do not reuse. Single-use only.
