What warranty does GoldGreen Dental offer?
GoldGreen Dental handpieces, couplers and the air motor come with a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Defective items are replaced. Register your product within 30 days of purchase. Register your product.
Which GoldGreen Dental handpiece should I choose?
For cutting and crown preparation, choose an LED high speed handpiece: the 4-hole model if your tubing ends in a 4-hole connector, or the KaVo, NSK or Star compatible quick-connect model if your unit uses that coupler type. For polishing and finishing, choose a slow speed contra angle or straight handpiece with the reversible air motor. For extractions, choose the 45° surgical handpiece. Do GoldGreen Dental quick-connect handpieces come with a coupler?
No. The KaVo, NSK and Star compatible high speed handpieces ship without a coupler. Use the matching coupler already on your unit, or add a GoldGreen Dental LED quick-connect coupler: KaVo fits KaVo-type handpieces, NSK fits NSK-type and Star fits Star-type. See LED handpiece couplers.
What is the difference between 4-hole and 6-pin tubing?
4-hole tubing carries drive air, exhaust, water and chip air, with no electrical power. 6-pin tubing adds two electrical pins that power a light in the coupler. GoldGreen Dental LED quick-connect couplers attach to 4-hole tubing, and our 4-hole LED high speed and 45° surgical handpieces connect directly to it.
How fast do you ship and is shipping free?
US orders over $50 ship free via USPS Ground Advantage, which takes about 4–5 business days. USPS Priority takes 2–3 business days and Express 1–2. USPS Express and FedEx orders placed by 2:00 PM Pacific Monday to Friday ship the same day, and other USPS orders ship the next business day. All times are estimates.
