Instructions for Use:

Please follow the instructions below to ensure optimal performance, longevity, and patient safety.

1. Pre-Use Setup

• Inspect the Handpiece: Verify that the handpiece is clean, undamaged, and free of debris.
• Connection: Attach the 4-hole handpiece connector securely to the dental unit’s tubing.
• Check Air Pressure: Ensure operating pressure is within the recommended range of 0.2–0.25 MPa (2–2.5 bar).
• Bur Installation:
  • Use the push-button chuck to insert the correct bur size (1.595–1.599 mm, ≤20 mm length).
  • Push the button firmly and insert the bur until it locks into place.
  • Tug lightly to confirm it is secured.

2. Operation

• Handpiece Activation: Engage air pressure using the foot pedal. The turbine will rotate at speeds of ≥300,000 RPM.
• LED Illumination: The integrated LED will activate simultaneously to improve visibility.
• Control & Ergonomics: Use the lightweight, contoured grip to maneuver comfortably and reduce fatigue during long procedures.
• Recommended Usage: Ideal for tooth preparation, crown removal, and other restorative tasks.

3. Post-Use Maintenance

• Cleaning:
  • Disconnect from the tubing.
  • Wipe external surfaces with an approved disinfectant wipe.
  • Do not immerse in water or ultrasonic cleaner.
• Lubrication:
  • Apply handpiece lubricant via the drive air tube (as per lubricant manufacturer’s instructions).
  • Run the handpiece for 20–30 seconds to expel excess oil.
• Sterilization:
  • Autoclave at 134°C (273°F) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Allow to cool fully before next use.
