Instructions for Use:

Please follow the instructions below to ensure optimal performance, longevity, and patient safety.

Pre-Use Setup

Before use, inspect the handpiece and confirm that it is functioning properly. Do not use the handpiece if it appears damaged, loose, abnormal, or unsafe.

Operate the handpiece at the recommended working pressure of 25–30 PSI. Avoid excessive air pressure, as improper pressure may affect performance or damage the turbine cartridge.

Use only ISO-standard burs with an approximate bur size of Ø1.59–1.60 mm. Do not use bent, damaged, or non-concentric burs. Always make sure the bur is fully seated and securely locked before operating the handpiece.

Allow the bur to stop rotating completely before removing or replacing it.

Post-Use Maintenance

• Cleaning:
  • Disconnect from the tubing.
  • Wipe external surfaces with an approved disinfectant wipe.
  • Do not immerse in water or ultrasonic cleaner.
• Lubrication:
  • Apply handpiece lubricant via the drive air tube (as per lubricant manufacturer’s instructions).
  • Run the handpiece for 20–30 seconds to expel excess oil.
• Sterilization:
  • Autoclave at 134°C (273°F) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Allow to cool fully before next use.
